From November 25-December 10, the campaign for 16 DAYS of activism against gender violence highlights the connection between women's rights and human rights for all. In a recently released review of Canada’s (lack) of action on women's rights, a United Nations committee has called on all levels of goverment here to “give priority attention to combating violence against women.”
